Iatrogenic (Increased administration of corticosteroids)
Noniatrogenic (Neoplasms)

Duchenne vs. Becker Muscular Dystrophy 

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) : Doesn't Make Dystrophin.
Becker Muscular Dystrophy (BMD): Badly Made Dystrophin (a truncated protein).
